Puja Booking Services

All puja bookings are customized religious services arranged specifically for devotees.

Once a puja has been scheduled, initiated, or completed, the payment is generally non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests may be considered only before the puja process has started.

Cancellation approval remains subject to verification and management approval.

Astrology Consultation

Payments made for astrology consultations, spiritual guidance, horoscope analysis, and personalized services are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or provided.

Duplicate Payments

If a customer accidentally makes multiple payments for the same booking, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to technical issues, customers should contact us immediately. Eligible refunds will be processed after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
